 Getting Text Messages from Skylert:

If you would like to receive text messages instead of or in addition to the messages you receive now from Skylert, please start by logging into Skyward and clicking on the Skylert icon.  Once you are in Skylert simply add the cell phone number you want to receive your text on in the appropriate category. 

Once you have added the text number, you should receive a text in a few days that asks you to opt-in to receive messages from our system.  The message you receive will be similar to the following:  

"Randolph ISD alerts. Reply Y for aprx 5 msgs/mo. Txt HELP 4 info.  Msg&data rates apply. Visit schoolmessenger.com/tm"

You will then be asked to reply to a request to opt-in with a Y or Yes or OPTIN. 

If at anytime you would like to stop receiving text messages from our system you can opt-out by texting STOP to any message or send STOP to 68453. 

The school district does not pay for text message charges that may be incurred by you for sending or receiving text messages.  Check with your wireless carrier for possible charges.
